These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Amosix website and, where applicable, the Amosix beta application. By using our website or requesting access to the beta, you agree to these Terms.
Amosix is a native Android application, currently in development, that creates cinematic map flyover animations and exports them as video. The product and its features, including the AI animation builder, are under active development and may change.
Access to the Amosix beta is offered at our discretion. Beta software is provided "as is" and may contain bugs, incomplete features, or change without notice. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the beta at any time.
You agree not to:
Animations you create with Amosix belong to you. You are responsible for ensuring your use of any map data, imagery, and third-party content complies with the licenses of those providers (for example, map tile and satellite imagery providers).
The Amosix name, website, application, and software are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
Our website and application rely on third-party services and open-source technologies. In particular, Amosix uses the MapLibre GL Native engine for map rendering and the MapTiler map style as its default map source, along with a form delivery service and AWS Bedrock for AI features. Your use of features that depend on these services and technologies is also subject to their respective terms and licenses.
The website and beta application are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amosix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or beta application.
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
