This Privacy Policy explains how Amosix ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you visit our website or request early access to our Android application. We keep data collection to a minimum and use it only for the purposes described below.

1. Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us:

• Contact details: when you submit our contact or early-access form, we collect your name, email address, selected reason for contact, and your message.
• Technical basics: standard server and analytics data such as browser type and general region, used to keep the site secure and working.

We do not collect payment information, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

2. How we use your information

• To respond to your message and manage early-access and beta invitations.
• To send occasional updates about the product, only where you have asked for them.
• To protect the site against spam and abuse.

3. How form submissions are handled

Our contact form is processed by a third-party form delivery service (FormSubmit), which forwards your submission to our team's email inbox. Your message is transmitted to us by email and is subject to that provider's handling during delivery. We do not sell or share your information with advertisers.

4. AI processing

Our application's AI animation feature (in development) sends the map selections you make — such as chosen countries, stops, and style presets — to a foundation model hosted on AWS Bedrock in order to generate an animation plan. These selections are used only to produce your requested animation and are not used to identify you.

5. Data retention

We keep contact messages only as long as needed to respond to you and manage the beta program, after which they are deleted on request or when no longer required.

6. Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you have shared with us at any time by contacting us through the form on our contact page. You can also opt out of product update emails at any time.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the limited information we hold. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product develops. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
